Retainer Packages

One of the benefits of working with Emerging Virtual Assistance is that you only pay for the hours you need each month.  There are three Retainer Packages from which to choose, allowing you room to grow your business! 

  1. Welcome to My World
  2. My Load is Heavy
  3. Pause for the Cause (existing clients only)
Each retainer is paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) in advance by the 1st of each month.  That way, we can focus on getting the work done without watching the clock.  Additional hours are available, and unused hours are not rolled over.

 

"Welcome to My World" Package

This Package is the best package for coaches who are starting their business.  This is a 6-month commitment and will focus on building a foundation for attracting clients, identifying networking campaigns, managing prospecting events, and building your web presence.  

This package gives us time to get acquainted and for me to get familiar with your current processes and systems.  We also use this time to fix what's broken, upgrade what's obsolete, and create functional solutions to your most pressing concerns.  The cost of the "Welcome to My World" Package includes at least 15 hours a month and provides the following:
  • (1) 30-minute check in call each week
  • unlimited email contact
  • unlimited phone access during business hours
  • Coaches Console setup and management
  • Practice Pay Solutions invoicing
  • Client Attraction philosophies
  • Process Prodigy flowcharting
  • iContact, Constant Contact and AWeber ezine management
  • GoDaddy and FrontPage website maintenance
  • Teleconferencing services
  • Teleseminar planning and coordination


"My Load Is Heavy" Package

This Package is designed for coaches who have built their practice to a level where there is a shift to managing client relationships.  This is a 6-month commitment which builds on the systems and now allows us to standardize processes to improve customer service.  "My Load Is Heavy" Package includes at least 30 hours a month and provides the following:


  • (2) 30-minute check in calls each week
  • unlimited email contact
  • unlimited phone access during business hours
  • Coaches Console setup and management
  • Monthly client schedule development
  • Daily email contact with clients
  • Message line for emergency client use
  • Practice Pay Solutions invoicing
  • Client Attraction philosophies
  • Process Prodigy flowcharting
  • iContact, Constant Contact and AWeber ezine management
  • GoDaddy and FrontPage website maintenance
  • Teleconferencing services
  • Teleseminar planning and coordination

     

"Pause for the Cause" Maintenance Package

This Package is for when you have reached your projected goals, after 6 months of growth, or when you want to go on vacation.  This package has a very limited scope and is designed to allow you to step back and bask in your success.  You can choose this package twice in a calendar year.  "Pause for the Cause" Maintenance Package includes no less than 10 hours a month and provides the following:

  • (1) 30-minute check in call each week
  • unlimited email contact
  • unlimited phone access during business hours
  • Coaches Console management
  • GoDaddy and FrontPage website maintenance
  • Teleconferencing services
